Brief of Incident
He was appointed as a Constable of Tripura Police on 25.11.1997. When he was posted to Dhalai District, Tripura, this brave Constable confronted a group of NLFT extremists on 13.07.1995 while performing police escort duty on the Manu-Chawmanu Road at Hezacherra under Chawmanu PS, Dhalai District, Tripura and he laid down his life in fighting with the extremists.
