Jirania PS of West District seized 80 KG ganja and two persons have been arrested and one Eco Vehicle is seized.

North District Police conducted joint raid against not wearing face mask in public places and collected fine of Rs. 16,700/- against 167 persons.

One Abbhas Das(20) of Pratapgarh has been arrested in C/W A.D. Nagar PS Case No 112/2019 U/S 21(a)/25/29 of NDPS Act.

Total 67 persons have been arrested (Preventive 54, Case reference-4 & NBWA -04) Seized 44 bottles of foreign liquor. 02 nos Cell phone (stolen property) has been recovered and arrested 03 persons in this cases vide East Agt. case NO 73/2020 & west Agt. PS case no 11/2020. One Aktar Hossain has been arrested against CAW RNB PS vide case no 27/2020 U/S 457/376(L)/325/280/307 IPC.

Total 07 person have been arrested as preventive measures. Seized 30 KG dry Ganja from Bishalghar U/S 102 Cr.PC.

Total 70 persons have been arrested (Preventive 62, Case reference-5 & NBWA -03) Seized 44 bottles of foreign liquor.

Total 3000 Nos. Ganja plant destroyed at Krishnapur under P.R Bari PS under South District

Based on secret information OC Champakanagar along with OC Jirania and team detained one vehicle bearing no AS01 W 9711 proceeding towards Agartala from Teliamura side at the break of night today. 4080 bottles of foreign liquor of different brands were seized from the vehicle. Break up 1. Caravan- 128 cartoons, 1536 bottles, 2. Kingfisher beer- 56 cartoons, 1344 bottles and 3. Tuborg beer- 50 cartoons, 1200 bottles. The driver of the vehicle Saymal Majumder of Lichubagan, PS- NCC is arrested and vehicle is seized.

On 04.01.2020 morning accompanied with PS officer and staff with PS reserve TSR personnels conducted anti Ganja raid at Jarulbachai Harish chandra para areas.During said raid destroyed approx.600 Ganja plants from 04 different plots.

A raid conducted by OC Kailashahar Police Station seized 300 KG Ganja in the in a vehicle and arrested tow persons.
