On 19-01-2018 when he was performing escort duty, on the way while the escort vehicle reached at 40 miles on NH 08 in between Mungiakami and Ambassa., the escort vehicle met an accident. As a result of which he sustained grievous injury. He was shifted to Kulai Hospital under Dhalai District, subsequently, he was referred to GBP Hospital and ILS Hospital Agartala for better treatment. On 20-01-20187 he was sent to Kolkata Mukunda Pur AMRI hospital for better treatment and he was expired on 21-01-2018 due to injury received in the accident in this Hospital.

When he was conducting Special Operation duty in Dhupchari area or a Jhum hut suddenly extremist group started firing upon the OPs party from their sophisticated arms then Samendra Debbarma received severe bullet injury.

When he was performing special operation duty in Padma kumar para and Rabi sashi para along with PS staff. When they were returning from Padma Hangsha para towards Birmani para suddenly indiscriminate fire come from a nearby hillock . the OPS party retaliate and firing continued for 15 minutes and during the exchange of tire RFN Abhijit Biswas received sever bullet injury.

When he was performing at Railway Security Post in ROP point, suddenly NLFT(BM) extremist heavy fire upon him as a result he sustained bullet injury and breathed last on the spot.

When he was returning from JWCI School Kachucherra after completion of 05 weeks JW & CI training along with other troops of 9th Bn TSR then he fell down from the three toner vehicle hear the 47 miles towards Teliamura (NH-44). He sustained grievous injury upon his head. Subsequently he died on 10.12.2007 at SSKM Hospital Kolkata (West Bengal).

Rfn(GD) Motilal Das died while performing bonafede Govt. duty i.e. during special Ops following an encounter with unknown NLFT (BM) extremists on 29.04.2006 at about 1330 hours at Buddajoy Para, on 10 Mile point to Champarai para road under Ganganagar PS, Dhailai Tripura vide Ganganagar PS case No.03/2006 dt. 29.04.2006 under section 148/149/ 353/427/333/307/302 IPC and 25(i) (a) (b) and 27 Arms Act.

Rfn(GD) Manindra Debbarma died on 12.07.2004 while performing bonafede Govt. duty i.e. during special Ops following an encounter with unknown extremists at Hechunia Para under Jirania PS at about 1730 hours, West Tripura vide Jirania PS case No.32/2004 dt. 12.07.2004 under section 148/149/ 353/326/304 IPC and 27 Arms Act.
