On 25.01.17 Dharmanagar PS staff conducted anti liquor raid and seized Foreign liquor and arrested 04 persons U/S 69 T.E Act.

On 25.01.17 Panisagar PS staff conducted anti liquor raid and seized Foreign liquor and arrested 03 persons U/S 69 T.E Act.

On 05-02-2017 SDPO Sidhai a/w OC Sidhai and PS Team seized ganja of improvised packing from deep jungles of Urabari. Approx Value 10 lakhs. 450 Kilos approx.

On 02-02-2017 OC Ranirbazar PS accompanied with SDPO Jirania and PS staff incardination with SDFO conducted raid in a illegal saw mill at Sridam Kobra Para and recovered huge no of wooden log valued approx 5 lakhs.

Today On 07-02-2017, By The Ld. Addl. Session Judge, Udaipur Gomati, Tripura, has convicted 01 (One) accused person namely Jogendra Chakma @ Jogen S/O Lt. Mergharam Chakma of Khalai South Maharani PS RKP,under Gomati District. On 31-07-2012, RKP PS Case No. 2012RKP298 U/S- 302/201 IPC, was registered on the basis of written complaint of one Sri Baren Chakma S/O Lt. Changri Chakma of Khalai South Maharani PS RKP against the accused person namely Jogendra Chakma @ Jogen S/O Lt. Mergharam Chakma of Khalai South Maharani PS RKP, under Gomati District; The A/P killed by uncle of complinant by previous enmity On 31-07-2012 at about 1300 hrs. atTuiharchang South Maharani, under R.K.Pur PS. After investigation, charge sheet was filed by SI Ramendra Debbarma, I.O of the case on 31-08-2013, against the accused person namely Jogendra Chakma @ Jogen S/O Lt. Mergharam Chakma of Khalai South Maharani PS RKP, under Gomati District; vide R.K.Pur PS C/S No. 267/2013 U/S- 302/201 IPC. The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Jogendra Chakma @ Jogen is guilty U/S 302/201 IPC and sentenced him to suffer RI for life & to pay a fine of Rs- 10,000 i.d to suffer S.I for 01(One) year for the offence punishable U/S 302 IPC & further sentence to suffer RI for 03 (Three) Years and to pay a fine of Rs- 2000/- i.d to payment S.I for 03(Three) months for the punishable U/S 201 IPC. Both the sentenced shall run concurrently.

On 07-02-2017 One destitute minor boy (12) rescued from Subhash Nagar of East Agartala PS and handed over to Child Line Agartala.

On 02-02-2017 Airport PS conducted raid at Gandhigram and arrested 1 person u/s 69 TE act followed by seizure of FL . Also arrested 1 person u/s 12 TG act with seizure of gabbling tools plus gaming money RS 320/-

On 04-02-17 evening under the leadership of Sri Pijush Fulzele IPS ,conducted raid in Gandhigram Bazaar and arrested one person namely Tanup Das @Mana under section 69 TE ACT .Total 350 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor of different brand were seized from his shop .A PR U/S 45 TE ACT is being submitted
